At Gigliocooking School in Florence, we offer immersive culinary programs designed to deepen both your cultural understanding and technical mastery of Italian cuisine. Whether you’re a passionate beginner or an experienced cook, our courses provide structured, professional training in a welcoming, hands-on environment.
Our two weekly courses — “Tuscans at the Table” and “The Italian Regions at the Table” — offer a focused exploration of local traditions, ingredients, and cooking methods. Each week is dedicated to discovering the richness of regional Italian dishes, both savory and sweet.
For a more comprehensive experience, our monthly program “Italian Cuisine Through Time and Space” is designed on a four-week basis. It guides participants through the historical, geographical, and cultural evolution of Italy’s food traditions across four intensive weeks. This course is also flexible: it can be attended partially, creating four options — a 1-week course, a 2-week course, a 3-week course, or the full 4-week program, which represents the most advanced level.
