Open Class – Hands-on Cooking Experience

Join our Open Class, a warm and engaging small-group cooking lesson open to all.
You’ll share the kitchen with just a few other participants — groups are limited to 10 people — making it a relaxed and personal experience.

Our spacious and professional kitchen provides the perfect environment to learn and enjoy.
This is a fully hands-on class: nothing is prepared in advance. You'll make everything from scratch, following the guidance of our expert Chef.
Everyone is involved throughout the process — this is not a cooking show, but a true culinary experience!

At the end of the lesson, we sit together at a beautifully set table to enjoy the dishes you’ve created, served with water and wine.

Come cook, learn, taste, and have fun — this is authentic Italian cooking at its best.

The menu includes:

• Spaghetti with clams and zucchini
• Raw fish with orange and ginger sauce
• Chesnut crepes filled with ricotta cheese

The lesson includes:

• A hands-on cooking class with a professional Italian Chef
• A full menu of 3 Italian recipes
