You find – anyways – space in the refrigerator.

You know the temperature of the sugar by …..listening to it

You can represent the motion of the earth around the sun with a bowl of whipped cream

You always win in the war against the eggplant

Your brain has a separated space for each timer…and no timers in the kitchen

You can coordinate a team of cooks….suppliers, refrigerators and freezers, cellars, sommelier and waiters….
The work of the chef is very different from the job of the cook: the chef has the responsibility of organizing, planning, timing, staying in a budget ( and in the seasonal produce), dealing with markets and with ..clients; the chef is the thread between the kitchen and the dining room.
The cook has the big responsibility of cooking…well, making everybody happy, safe and healthy, being able to prepare for any kind of people and to accomplish special request (allergies, limitations, diseases or simple liking).
The teacher must have all these capabilities. Plus the gift of generosity.
