This time Richard came with his son David.


They chose a particular menu: Ravioli with scampi and zucchini, Sepia (cuttlefish) with artichokes ( i told them when they arrived: neither one is on season now… but fortunately I found good ingredients), Basil ice cream.
I don’t remember exactly the first time Richard and I met. For sure it happened at school. For sure in front of food to cook…
Richard is one of those people hard to forget, one of those who are able to remain in your memory.
We talked a lot, both the other times and this time, only a few days ago, when he decided to come back for a quick visit in Florence.
This time the conversation was even more brilliant because of the contribution of his son David.
At this point I can happily and proudly say that Richard (& David) belong to that type of clients who become friends and come back, come back, come back…. creating a real exchange, any time bringing the will to learn something different, bringing their smiles, bringing their words I can learn a lot from.
