Gigliocooking School was opened in 2009 by Marcella Ansaldo, a chef from the Isola del Giglio with a passion for teaching. Since then, it has trained professionals as well as the simply curious thanks to the vast training offer that covers every area of cooking. The courses are in fact open to everyone: from intensive courses, to delve into techniques and ingredients, to one-day courses, even privately. Gigliocooking School also caters to coffee, chocolate and bread-making enthusiasts with specialized classes to train professionals in the sector.
