PRESENTATION OF THE QUANTUM CUISINE: COURSE AND BOOK

What can I say…. I’m saying that a couple of months ago I wouldn’t have believed it.

But everything is relative, isn’t it?

When Emy Narbone came to see me at school she said that maybe she had an idea but it wasn’t feasible in the GiglioCooking space. I don’t know what her initial idea was. I don’t know if it was different from what later came out. Who knows, maybe it was the same successive idea that she adapted iin her – and also in my – head according to our spaces and according to our times.

Finally, EUREKA! we were saying it and we didn’t realize it.

We were saying what we then developed a few seconds later in a river of … thoughts and words (someone has already used this phrase ….). The adaptability of space and time. The movement. The transformation.

The result is a course that will be held in Gigliocooking next autumn

In the meantime, you are invited to the presentation in which Dr. Emy Narbone, mathematician, will introduce us to quantum physics, following which we will start a dialogue together on the connections with the kitchen. Or rather: how the kitchen is connected to the principles of quantum mechanics.

The presentation will take place on Thursday 11 May, at 6 pm, at the Salvemini Bookshop, in Piazza Salvemini in Florence

It will be a nice journey, I promise you.

We will learn from each other; we will learn from matter and energy; we will learn from food transformations. A path to an extra gram of awareness.
