Open classes are lessons where everybody can participate.
Joining this lesson is a different experience: there is more “spreading” of the different jobs and there is more “sharing” with the others. Anyways, in our lessons there are never plenty people.
You will learn to make real Italian food in a comfortable environment, finding great moments of fun and laughter!
The lesson is completely hands-on and the Chef will guide you in the preparation of the dishes.
Everything starts from scratch (nothing is prepared in advance).
The lasting time of the lesson is 3 hours. At the end you sit at a nice table to enjoy the meal.

14:30 (3 h) – Fresh egg pasta: the dough and the shape
• Lasagne with ragù and besciamella

WEDNESDAY November 17th
11:00 (3 h) – Pizza & Gelato
• Pizza Margherita
• Focaccia (2 different doughs)
• Chocolate and vanilla ice cream
THURSDAY November 18th
14:30 (3 h) – The basis of Mediterranean diet: fish menu
• Raw fish with lemon and ginger sauce (explanation of Anisakis)
• Spaghetti with clams and zucchini
• Chesnuts crepes with ricotta cheese and honey
FRIDAY November 19th
10:00 (3 h) – Pasta Making
• Tagliatelle with seasonal vegetable sauce
• Ravioli spinach and ricotta with butter and sage sauce
• Gnocchi with pesto
SATURDAY November 20th
10:00 (3 h) – Basic Cuisine: The cuts of beef
• Beer stewed beef
• Roast beef with chestnuts
• Meat rolls
