Open Class – Hands-on Cooking Experience
Join our Open Class, a warm and engaging small-group cooking lesson open to all.
You’ll share the kitchen with just a few other participants — groups are usually limited to 6–7 people — making it a relaxed and personal experience.
Our spacious and professional kitchen provides the perfect environment to learn and enjoy.
This is a fully hands-on class: nothing is prepared in advance. You'll make everything from scratch, following the guidance of our expert Chef.
Everyone is involved throughout the process — this is not a cooking show, but a true culinary experience!
At the end of the lesson, we sit together at a beautifully set table to enjoy the dishes you’ve created, served with water and wine.
Come cook, learn, taste, and have fun — this is authentic Italian cooking at its best.
This lesson focuses on different types of flour and various techniques for making four types of pasta, each paired with the appropriate sauce.
The menu includes:
- Sfrappole with calamars and arugola sauce
- Garganelli with schrimps and zucchini sauce
- Tagliatelle with meat sauce
- Orecchiette pugliesi with cauliflowers or broccoli sauce
The lesson includes:
- A hands-on cooking class with a professional Italian Chef
- A full menu of 4 Italian pasta recipes
- All ingredients used in the kitchen
- Final tasting at the table (water and wine included)
- Printed recipes to take home
