One-Day Italian Bread Class – Hands-On Cooking Experience
Discover the art of Italian baking in a single day. In this small-group, fully hands-on class, you’ll prepare four of Italy’s most iconic breads: Pizza Margherita, Tuscan Schiacciata, Tuscan Bread, and Grissini — all made from scratch with traditional methods.
After a brief introduction to flour strength and rising techniques, you’ll dive straight into practice: mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking your own dough under the guidance of our professional Italian Chef. Nothing is prepared in advance: every step is done by you, turning the class into a real culinary workshop, not a cooking show.
Our open kitchen is authentic, spacious, and welcoming — the perfect setting to learn, cook, and share. With no more than 6–7 participants per group, the experience feels personal, relaxed, and engaging.
At the end of the lesson, you’ll sit down at a beautifully set table to enjoy the breads you’ve created, paired with water and wine. It’s more than a class: it’s an authentic taste of Italian culture, flavor, and joy.
