CCHE CI VOLE?! WHAT DO YOU NEED?

That is: when a team building means “building” a team. Not competition.

Giulia is American, she married an Italian and they live in the province of Florence. Her team is all female: Cristina, also American turned Italian, Michelle, Italian-American or American-Italian, whichever you prefer; Silvia, Italiana , Johanna, Portuguese, Jenny, American and Kate, English. Seven different and special women. Feminine, cooperative.

The reason I put Giulia first in the list is that it gives reason to the title: an all-Tuscan way of saying of her mother-in-law, which Giulia also adopted in her accent and which was the refrain of the evening. Can’t you make pasta? and what do you need? che ci vole?

They arrived out of breath from their important business meeting. After a few minutes to catch their breath, they got to work. A stratospheric menu, in the sense that, yes, it was traditional, but each recipe required multiple times and steps.

Jenny, Johanna

And in any case, despite the tiredness and even the appetite, here is the “feminine” not only in the workforce and in collaboration, but also and above all in lightness and smile….

…..even when they had to wage war on aubergines .

The menu? Stuffed artichokes, Ravioli with gorgonzola and pears with asparagus sauce, Eggplant parmigiana. Tiramisu.

The pasteurization of the eggs to make the cake was the most demanding and tiring step, but also the most fun. And what do you need? che ci vole?

here they fry and the aubergine parmigiana is made

I had a lot of fun too. Thanks girls! Great to work with you!
