“QUANTUM CUISINE”

Often what attracts us is precisely the title of a book, its strangeness, its difficulty in conveying the true meaning. This is precisely the case with this book which, with “CUCINA QUANTICA”, intrigues us because it uses terms far from the classic concepts of cooking to which we are accustomed. We don’t even have to think about the typical recipe book. With its reading our mind will instead open up to the world of quantum physics and after having educated us on this topic it will lead us to welcome a particular cuisine, dictated by LOVE.

The two authors of the book, Emy Narbone and Marcella Ansaldo, thanks to the exceptional skills they enjoy, have been able to come together and generate this particular cuisine that is based on quantum physics which I particularly love as I am an artist who creates her own works by referring precisely to these concepts that require us to review the mental patterns to which we are accustomed. Quantum theory, which deals with the behavior of matter in the microscopic world, is now becoming ever closer to our lives, inspiring books, works of art and even films.

Emy Narbone, a mathematician but not only, is certainly gifted for quantum physics and Marcella Ansaldo, a great cook, with a much more open vision towards cooking, have created this new reality. I have to thank them for publishing some of my works related to concepts of this innovative physics in their book.

I was particularly struck by the words in the book relating to quantum cooking, which place the primary objective of raising awareness of the act of cooking by listening to the heart. The advice I can give is to read this book because it is very interesting and from my words you will certainly not be able to understand these new concepts that are certainly difficult to summarize in a few lines.
