Classes are open and everyone can participate. They take place with a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 12.
Entering an existing lesson is a different experience: there is more “distribution” of the different works and there is more “sharing” with others.
You will learn to cook the typical recipes of our tradition in a comfortable environment, also finding good moments of fun and laughter!
The lesson is completely practical and the Chef will guide you in the preparation of the dishes. Everything starts from scratch (nothing is prepared in advance). In each class 3 or 4 recipes are developed.
The duration of the lesson is approximately 3 hours. Eventually we sit down at a nice table to enjoy the meal.
