Just to tell… when customers become friends.
They, Bonnie and Joe, were friends already. They have been the “best old friends” since tens of years ago.
That they were best friends was something almost touch-able since the very first moment I met them at the doo of the house they were renting in Florence. we went to the market together. They are food lovers and I was wondering” – what else can I teach them that they don’t know?”.
And actually THEY have been my teachers. Teacher of friendship and on a special matter that explains how food and cuisine can be a real strong bond.

Hi Marcella & Marta
Just a quick update. Bonnie & Joe recreated the fantastic meal you taught them at our cottage. Joe was in charge of the meat and Bonnie did the pasta & sauce. Since they were cooking for 18 people they didn’t make pasta from scratch. The meal was fantastic a real crowd pleaser! We wished we had taken a photo of the finished meal but we were too excited to try the food.
