More than just recipes, you reminded me why I love the culinary arts so much: the way food unites history, culture, tradition, and joy. This was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life, and I feel truly blessed to have been able to learn from you. I can&#8217;t wait to return home and prepare these dishes for my family and friends. Thank you for creating a space where we could learn, express ourselves, and deepen our appreciation for Italian cuisine. I hope to return to Florence soon. With love and gratitude, PryanKa Darsi      <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Credo che ci siano poche parole da aggiungere: Priyanka ha colto nel segno, ha capito \u2013 lo sapeva gi\u00e0 da prima di arrivare a Firenze: credo che la filosofia della condivisione sia il sottofondo della sua vita \u2013 che cucina significa NON competere, ma imparare l\u2019uno dall\u2019altro. Si impara anche dai piccoli gesti, e non voglio dire che si imparino sono tecniche di cucina: gli Asiatici e gli Occidentali hanno modi diversi, entrambi efficaci, di impugnare il coltello, ad esempio. Spesso sento dire : \u201cNon avrei mai immaginato di usare questo ingrediente in questo modo\u201d. Anche ascoltare, alla fine di ogni lezione, quale siano le preferenze di ognuno \u00e8 un modo di imparare.
