{"id":6455,"date":"2022-04-27T10:33:03","date_gmt":"2022-04-27T08:33:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gc.dotflorence.com\/il-mulino-della-valle-del-dolce-2\/"},"modified":"2025-10-03T11:48:58","modified_gmt":"2025-10-03T09:48:58","slug":"il-mulino-della-valle-del-dolce-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gigliocooking.com\/it\/il-mulino-della-valle-del-dolce-2\/","title":{"rendered":"IL MULINO DELLA VALLE DEL DOLCE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come riporta la pagina 45 del libro &#8220;Giglio Beato Scoglio&#8221;, dei giovanissimi scrittori Armando Schiaffino e Domenico Solari edito nel 1970, nella Valle del Dolce c&#8217;\u00e8 un mulino costruito da un certo Fra&#8217; Rocco, a testimonianza della proficua attivit\u00e0 agricola sull&#8217; isola. Il periodo, se \u00e8 quello del Granduca Leopoldo di Lorena, \u00e8 fine 1700.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le isole, si sa, hanno da sempre dovuto essere &#8220;auto-sostenibili&#8221;, per usare un termine abusato oggi &#8211; quasi sempre a sproposito. L&#8217;isola \u00e8&#8230; isolata. Se non produce cibo non permette la sopravvivenza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nella Valle del Dolce scorre un ruscello, tra i pi\u00f9 allegri tra quelli dell&#8217;isola, che scorre anche su larghe &#8220;coti&#8221; di granito lisce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La foto di copertina mostra parte del  versante occidentale dell&#8217; isola , con Montecristo all&#8217;orizzonte. E&#8217; evidente in questa foto, la vallata che divide due poggi che quasi &#8220;spacca&#8221; il territorio, come un piccolo canyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gigliocooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_20220416_161555-1024x768-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7976\" width=\"507\" height=\"380\"\/><figcaption>il panorama che si gode scendendo e risalendo il sentiero<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualche anno fa i \u00e8 capitato di osservarci le libellule blu: sembrava di essere nel bosco incantato dalle  fatine che spargevano polverina luccicante e magica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non avevo mai visto il mulino, perch\u00e9 non si trova sullo direttamente sul sentiero: prima del ruscello bisogna deviare verso il basso e cos\u00ec mi \u00e8 sempre sfuggito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7972\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con queste foto da drone scattate da Matteo Mariuz, se ne capisce bene la struttura, dotata dell&#8217;edificio del mulino e di una diga per contenere un bacino pi\u00f9 a monte, alimentato da canali scavati nella roccia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex
