La terra \u00e8 bassa, si dice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gigliocooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/la-terra-e-bassa-1024x768-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5757\" width=\"484\" height=\"363\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E questi terreni sono&#8230; in salita, fatti a scale, Terrazze di muri a secco con la terra portata un tempo nei sacchi in spalla o a dorso d&#8217;asino. L&#8217;isola del Giglio \u00e8 tutta terrazzata, anche nei luoghi pi\u00f9 impervi e verticali. Segno che in passato era autosufficiente, come del resto era necessit\u00e0 che fosse. Tutto vi veniva coltivato: ortaggi, legumi, cereali.
