Io ho usato un carr\u00e8 di bistecchine intero e l\u2019ho inciso in tre parti, in modo da ricavarne tre porzioni )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gigliocooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-5-768x1024-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3725\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.gigliocooking.com\/?attachment_id=3725\" class=\"wp-image-3725\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gigliocooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-6-768x1024-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3726\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/www.gigliocooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/3-6.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.gigliocooking.com\/?attachment_id=3726\" class=\"wp-image-3726\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 coscio o un carr\u00e8 o una spalla di agnello<br>50 gr di zucchero<br>100 ml di aceto (io ho usato quello di mele, ma anche divino va bene)<br>1 bicchiere di vino bianco<br>1 carota tritata<br>1 cipolla media tritata<br>Facoltativo 1 spicchio di aglione<br>1 chiodo di garofano<br>Sale e pepe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Togliere l\u2019eccesso di grasso dalla carne ma lasciarne un po\u2019.<br>In un tegame, mettere lo zucchero e lo stesso quantitativo di acqua.<br>Far caramellare.
