One of the dishes was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>PORK FILLET WITH MUSHROOMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gigliocooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/dsc00383-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2896\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 2:<\/strong><br>300 gr (10 oz) pork fillet<br>4 slices of lard<br>200 gr (7 oz) mushrooms (better Porcini)<br>30 gr + 10 gr (about 3 tbs) extra virgin olive oil<br>flour to dustsage, rosemary, juniper, garlicsalt and pepperred wine, about \u00bd cup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the pork fillet in 4 thick slices. Wrap them in the lard and fix it with a toothpick, then roll them in the flour.<br>Heat the olive oil in pan with the herbs and seal the pork slices.&nbsp;<br>Wet with a good glass of red wine, lower the flame and let it to reduce. Season with salt and pepper.&nbsp;In the meanwhile, clean the mushrooms with a wet cloth; slice them and cook quickly in another pan with the remaining olive oil and salt.<br>Put the mushrooms in the pan with the pork, stir gently and serve immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Thank you Honey Mooners!&nbsp;my best wishes to you!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This pretty girl is Emily Reese.
