Good Morning,

In putting together my memory book of my trip to Florence, I realized
that the highlight was the cooking lesson! It was a wonderful
experience. You are an excellent instructor and I just had to thank
you again. The Mason group talked about our lesson for the rest of
our trip.

I pureed a white fennel bulb and served with crostini just for me.
Will do Ribollita as soon as the weather gets cooler. Arizona has
been over 100 degrees F ever since I returned.

Best wishes for a successful year and many more to come. Thank you again.
