In a Private Class you, alone or exclusively with your family and friends, learn to make the real Italian food in a comfortable environment. Here you will find great moments of fun, laughter, tasting wine and eating homemade pasta, locally sourced meats or fish, fresh vegetables. Discover the secrets and everything that will enhance your cooking techniques from a true Tuscan chef. We focus our teaching on fundamental key factor:
- The choice of raw material: fruits, vegetables, spices, dried products, meats, oils, ect.
- The home made preparation of any single dish, everything starting from scratch
- How to utilize the right quantity in the ingredients to create a final plate
- The practice is always completed by explanations on nutritional value, on the cultural aspect of the dish and also on the ways to change the dish in order to suite particular diet restrictions, personal liking or seasonal availability of the raw material.
You would enjoy either making classic dishes like: Bruschetta, Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, Tagliatelle with meat sauce, Tiramisu and innovative dishes chosen from a list of about 1300 items.
You can choose 3 or 4 recipes, depending their difficulty and availability of the season.
The Chef demonstrates the techniques and helps the participants. At the end the dishes are tasted at a nice set table.
The lasting time of the Private Lesson is 3 hours.
The time must be chosen in advance among the following frames:
10:00 am - 01:00 pm
02:30 pm - 05:30 pm
06:00 pm - 09:00 pm
200 euros for one person
110 euros for each additional person of the same group.
In the Private Class no one else is admitted, but the person - or the group - who booked it
